We are a commercial & corporate law firm that provides variety of legal services for our clients in and outside Indonesia.

We formed this firm in 2021 to combine the founders’ and partners’ numerous expertise in legal practitioner and academist and it drove us to choose this precise name for our firm. “Omni”, as a name, does not only reflect our identity when established this firm but also does reflect our true intention to provide the client and people universal legal services in Indonesia.

    He graduated from Atmajaya University, Jakarta and he started his legal career in legal consultant firm in Jakarta.
    Before forming this Firm, he worked for two law firms in Jakarta for more than 15 years.

    Before forming this Firm, he worked for two law firms in Jakarta for more than 15 years. He has handled various sectors of business, including energy, real property, manpower, infrastructure, power plant, telco, investment and land matters and transactions.

    Some expertise of him are among others construction contract drafter, and legal auditor. He is currently registered as a member of Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI), a certified construction contract drafter and member of Indonesia Drafter and Expert of Contract Law (PAHKI) and a certified legal auditor and member of Certified Legal Auditor Association (ASAHI).

    He holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Business Law from Curtin University Australia, a Master of Legal Studies from University of Canberra, and Bachelor of Laws from Brawijaya University.

    He holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Business Law from Curtin University Australia, a Master of Legal Studies from University of Canberra, and Bachelor of Laws from Brawijaya University.

    He is an experienced lawyer who has been working in both the private and public sector since 2003, working in policymaking and drafting of various laws related to administrative reforms and organisations of the government at the national level, as well as dealing with clients from the private sector. He has broad knowledge and experience of various legal and policy issues, international business laws, and Indonesian administrative laws. He was also involved in drafting the Omnibus Law and its implementing regulations in some particular cluster.

    Before forming this Firm, he worked for the Indonesian Government and a number of Law Firm and International Consulting Projects, Partnership International Inc, and GreenMax Capital Advisors. He advises the Ministry of Administrative Reform on various legal issues and has handled government procurement and renewable energies matters and transaction. He taught at Curtin University Australia and currently teaches International Economic Laws and Administrative Laws at UPN Veteran University Jakarta.

    He holds doctor and master of law degrees, both from the University of Indonesia while he obtained his bachelor from Diponegoro University.

    He holds doctor and master of law degrees, both from the University of Indonesia while he obtained his bachelor from Diponegoro University. He started his legal career in Indonesia Ministry of State Secretariat for couple of years where he focused on Environmental and Natural Resources.

    He has deep and various experiences in lawyering, including acting as Independent legal experts in many of court trials in Indonesia. He is actively teaching some legal subjects in Tarumanagara University, Jakarta while keep publishing some books, journals, and articles for public and academic purposes. He was frequently invited as keynote speakers in international or local conferences or seminars discussing about environment, energy, coal & mineral, state administrative, forestry, and other similar topics. He was highly involved in Omnibus Law drafting and he just recently handled judicial review for coal & mineral mining law at Indonesia Constitutional Court.

    Moreover, he assisted some big energy companies in Indonesia who sought his legal opinion or litigation handling.

    While forming this Firm, he is also acting as expert staff for the chief of Indonesia Judicial Commission.

    He is currently registered as a certified mediator by Supreme Court and the Advisor Council of the Association of Indonesian Mining Legal Consultants & Lawyers (PERKHAPPI)

We will frequently publish our view, insight, or general opinion on some recent legal issues or Government policies in Indonesia that may significantly impact to business activities in Indonesia or our stakeholders.
